Ulu Yam Part 2

Hi guys! How's your day? I just came back home from Genting Highland. It was fun and calming. BUT I gotta pack my things up again tomorrow because I have to stay in hostel for like three days and next week for fitness and volleyball practice. I don't know why it's a must for us stay in hostel like my house is only minutes away la. BUT you know , man gotta do what man gotta do (bhaaha ). Luckily , I still can spend my weekend at home or at grandma's. So it isn't that bad. Hopefully.

So let's continue with the Ulu Yam camping part. The next day , after we had breakfast , which took us , girls hours to cook due to some circumstances , we were ready for jungle trekking. I was a bit afraid , well not that afraid because the last time I did this was five-six years ago. I didn't think I still had the stamina for this but it was fine. I was being too much like always LOL. It took only around 45 minutes for us to finish it.

We were reciting a prayer for a safe jungle trekking.

The first obstacle only took like 10 minutes after the journey and I was so excited for this. I was the first girl to do it because well , I was at the front. No big deal lol..hahah

The next one was , we had to walk on the rope like the picture below. I don't know what it's called so yeah. I always love height. Even the black shirt guy couldn't scares me enough lor..hahah

 

We had four check-point for us to go through. The last check-point required us to "berpantun". This was bad for me because my BM is not that good. So I just waving the 'white flag' without even trying. T-T

Later we reached at our room. Took minutes of rest and got ready to prepare lunch. It was exhausting but it was fun because we had no rush. When the night came , we were preparing for BBQ and it was for the boys part to do it. 

I love love the night scene with friends and the fire and food. You know what I mean right? hahah

We were chatting and singing while waiting for the BBQ. Well , I wasn't singing actually. I was like "shu bidu bidu" all the time -.-'

And the dinner was served! Yeay ! It was delicious!.

After we had eaten , we played some games which ended up at around 4am. Very exhausting but it was fun and that's the most important right?? Alright I'll continue the third part soon. Thank you for reading. I better get myself ready for weeks of torture ahead. BYE!

Ulu Yam Part 1

Hello everyone! As I'm writing this post I'm watching James Bond The Skyfall. Don't get me wrong , I'm just a big fan of Danial Craig and his blue eyes. So about last week I went camping with my friends. We did took a long time I guess to plan this trip because everyone was busy with classes , exams and many other stuffs. However , it was a short fun gateway. This was my first time to Ulu Yam but I heard a lots of scary stories about that place before I went there. So I told myself I need to be mentally and physically ready. Maybe I was just being to much as the place was not that scary from what I heard. We took off on Monday at about 2pm. So here was what I brought for camping. 

I tried my best not to bring too much stuffs , well you know being a girl is very hard when it comes to packing haha ..but I think I did well because I only brought what I need. 

Before we went straight to the camping site , we dropped by to a supermarket to get things , mostly food supply for our camping. It did took us more than an hour. To be honest I hate that moment because they discussed about what they should got in order to cut the cost. I just stood there and only got one or two things to help. Because I don't cook at home and we , family don't cook much at home. So don't judge ! And then we finally reached at our destination. Yeay! The place was different from what I thought which meant was a good thing.

First thing to do when we reached there was to check in , so it was our sort of leader's job for that while I  looked around with my other friends. The place was nice and calming. Far away from hustle and bustle of the city.

Just like what I've mentioned earlier , I looked around while others were doing "check-in". This was my first camping after six years and I was so excited for this one.

Honestly , I never thought it was going to be a comfortable place for me. Because you know , chalets rarely had those things . But to my suprise , it was very comfortable , even though it only had 4 beds because we're five , all of them. And I was very happy  ^-^  because everything was beyond my expectations.

The bathroom was very clean and nice and it got small kitchen behind facing to a river. So it made our cooking easier because we don't have to go a cooking place .

Short Gateaway Part 2

Hi guys ! I'm so sorry for the late update about the second part. I was a bit busy with new classes which I had to skip due to emergency but don't worry everything's fine now. And another reason why my blog post is late because I have to upload the pictures and edit'em , put borders and download them and upload them back in my blog post so it takes few weeks for me to get it done plus with slow internet access , life just ain't easy sometimes..okay back to my short trip to Malacca ..in case you don't know what I am babbling about so here is the first part ..

Short Gateway Part 1

After we had reached at our hotel we took about an hour to rest , to shower and get ready for our next plan because staying in a car within 3-4 hours could be tiring sometimes hahah. The best thing about staying in this hotel is because it is situated in the middle of historical place so we decided to just walk. And you can pay the tricycle-taxi-type to bring you around the Dataran if you just lazy to walk.

It was evening and the weather was just nice for us to walk and saw the nice view of Malacca. It's a minor crowded there might be due to school holidays but it made the place looks warming and fun. Took some pictures of me before I sweat and looked like crap hahah. And why the camera is not focusing on me?? No idea why it did focused that couple behind me plus my camera seems to be like more interesting of them instead of me -.-'

Sorry for that awkward pose , tried my best to look slimmer in picture since I've gained weight which I'm not going to babbling about it here..and don't tell me I look just fine , I've calculated my BMI and I'm officially overweight tsk tsk ..alright NEXT !

 So this is A Famosa, or "The Famous" in Portuguese, is one of the oldest surviving remnants of European architecture in Asia. Once part of a mighty fortress, this tiny gate (called the Porta de Santiago) is all that history has spared. For more information about this A famosa you can check it here

This is The Malay and Islamic World Museum. Unfortunately we reached there late so we didn't had time to go in and check out what's interesting there..so sad =(  well maybe next time.

 We walked and later found more tricyles with creative decorations waiting for the passengers. They were quit warm and surprisingly , easy to talk to.

After a long walk , might be two hours of walking I was so hungry and we went to Mcd to have our early dinner. I always been craving for Mcfloats at that time but unfortunately the ice cream machine was out of service..too bad we couldn't but ice creams too.So we just had sets Chicken Mcdeluxe and enjoyed the nice view while eating which was a perfect moment for me.

Then after we were fulled with burgers , fries and cokes we continued our walk..I'm not sure what building is this..we just randomly snapped the pictures there..

And here is the replica of  old airplane I guess..LOL..I didn't had much time at that time so I just snapped the pictures and move to our next place. So sorry T-T. Thank you for reading this entry. I'll try my best to update the next part as soon as possible. Promise..Xoxo !

Short gateway Part 1

Hi everyone! How's your weekend? Mine , had spent great time at the gym and did helped my grandmother to reorganize the room..it was fun and I love it when I sweat a lot..trying to exercise and having good lifestyle lately. Last weekend I went for a short gateway to Malacca for two days & one night only. I've lots lots of pictures about my vacation trip so I have to post it in different part..so here's the part 1..I don't know why I was so lazy to make my hair done might be I was in sorrow about what happened in Gaza so I just side braided my hair.

The journey took about 3 to 4 hours and I was so boring so I did nothing but camwhoring hahah..I didn't wear much make up..I just wanted to enjoy being lazy and watched the pouring rain season.

I worn my stack bracelets because I was just feeling like doing so hahah

After a few hours we finally reached Malacca and I was so excited after camwhoring with tons of pictures in the car. Malacca is always be one of my favourite place to go..so much to explore..so much to see and at some point , raining season made it even better.

But unfortunately it was super packed with traffic jam and we spent nearly half an hour on the road at the entrance of Malacca =(

But we finally made it..and of course Equatorial Hotel would be the choice..it's the most strategical place to erm you know..sleep (you can tell I've no idea to write haha ) because it's very near to A-famosa , malls and many other interesting places..you only just have to walk.

Checked in done and straight to the room..and can you guess what happened next?? I took a lots of pictures of everything..well mostly pictures of me to be exact hahaha..whoa my left eye looks scary there o.0"

Finally , it's the picture of the room..I don't know if this is some sort of tips or what but if you want soft and comfy pillows , use the pillows in the closet and throw the pillows on bed away and you'll fall in deep sleep without hesitation haha

End of 2011

On 30th December 2011 Ejam and me went to Malacca in order to celebrate the year end of 2011..so we went departed at nearly 3 pm from Kuala Lumpur..the traffic was good..so we reached at the hotel at almost 5 pm..

so the first thing i saw when i entered my room was this little tea corner with two mineral water on top of it..

 after that i got ready to go Jalan2 around Kota Melaka by walking because walking is good for exercise plus the parking lots seem full and packed..so that's why we decided to just walk..

It really sweats me out when i tried to reach on the top but still it's a good exercise (positive thinking as posibble ). The view was great and breath taking ..

Melacca Trip!!

Sorry for the late update..i did went to Malacca about three weeks ago..it was in the end of November..we went there on Friday after class..after nearly four or three (i don't know , i really can't remember) of journey..finally we reached our hotel...it was about 8 when we reached there..so we checked in and headed to our own room~

the first thing i saw when i entered my room was this picture..i love this picture so much..it brings some kind of those unexplained memories..

sadly it was dark when we reached there so we didn't get the chance to go swimming and chill out near the pools..

next time we go there i'll definitely want to swim in this pool..by looking at it really ate me from inside !

so at night , we walked around Malacca that is near to our hotel..it was fun..the food was great and cheap too i guess ~

i didn't snap so much pictures that night because got problem with the camera and i don't really understand why it had to be that night grrr~

after that we went to Taming Sari Tower..i thought it was fun but i mean it was really fun but i never knew that sometimes i'm afraid of height..it was so high! So here's some view that we could snap.. the traffic were not so busy at that time ~

so we went back to our home and everyone was tired..i felt so hungry that time so i decided to have my dinner on bed..so i ordered Fish & Chips..the best i had had so far if compared with First World hotel..so with stomach full , i went to bed with happy face hahaha

so we checked out and headed to parking lots...notice anything??

Well , it's a non-smoking area yo..but the only one who's smoking in this area is the driver..haish..

so went to Johor for a wedding ceremony...another long journey to go !
